Pair Embroidered Panels

Description

Pair of panels, probably used in the bridal home. With gold thread embroidery, embossed with lotus design with beadwork frills at bottom. Panels were handmade beautifully with the back panels lovingly finished off using cotton with a floral print. The more gold thread used, the more intricate designs showed the superb richness of the bridal household. 61cm x 32cm (including beaded frills).
